Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Tap Vibe app (the "Application") created by Vibe Cloud Apps (the "Service Provider") as a commercial service. By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Application and should uninstall it from your device immediately.
The Service
Tap Vibe is a utility designed to help you track credit card benefits, rewards, and reset dates. We provide:
- Manual benefit tracking and status management.
- Intelligent reminders for expiring credits and perks.
- Privacy-First operations: We do not require or support bank logins or Plaid-style connections.
- Calculation of "Effective Annual Fees" based on your reported utilization.
User Responsibilities
To ensure the Application remains a secure environment for all users, you agree to the following:
- You will not attempt to extract the source code of the Application.
- You will not attempt to translate the Application into other languages or make derivative versions.
- You are responsible for keeping your device and access to the Application secure.
- You understand that Service Provider is not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on the information in the Application.
Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features are only available via a paid subscription.
Billing
All payments are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription management, including cancellations and refunds, must be performed through your device's respective store settings.
Limitation of Liability
The Information provided by the Application is for informational purposes only. We strive for 100% accuracy in our benefit database, but terms offered by banks can change without notice.
Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying on the Application's functionality.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
